Minimum
stay - 3 nights. Special events - 5 night minimum.
A cleaning fee will be added to the above rates.
The fee is $60 for villas and lofts and $90 for the Beach House and Double Villa.
To confirm
a reservation, a deposit is required: US $100 for less than monthly
rates, US $200 for monthly rentals.
The month
of February must be combined with either January or March.
Check-in time is after 2pm. Check-out time is at 10am. No check-ins
after 10pm.
All daily/weekly rents are due and payable upon arrival with Visa,
MasterCard, traveler's checks or cash (no personal checks).
Reservation deposit will be applied as Security Deposit at check-in,
and is not applicable to rent. This deposit will be refunded within
fifteen (15) days after departure, providing property is left in good order.
No refund for early departures.
Cancellations must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to check-in
for less than monthly reservations and at least one (1) month prior
to check-in for monthly's for deposit refund.
A US $100 non-refundable fee is required for all pets. Pets are
limited to 25 pounds and must be approved by rental office.
All units are equipped with linens, dishes and cooking utensils.
No switchboard connections to rooms. Each unit has a private phone.
