THE VILLA is one-half of a duplex. There are two villas side by side in one duplex.

It sleeps up to 6 and has two private bedrooms, one bath, and a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom has a queen bed, one bedroom has a double bed and there is a queen sofa in the living room.

The above description is for a standard unit. We also have units with screen porches and family rooms with two baths.
